"MTI is a medical manufacturer that makes power medical exam and procedure chairs. Their product stands out in the medical community as one the top quality brands in the U.S. compared to their competitors. While their product is high in quality, the work environment is unfortunately not quite as good. If you are looking for a career in sales, it may be a good place to go, but not so much if you are in any other field because other job functions don't seem to be valued appropriately, and there is a lot of nepotism."

"The challenge of a growing company going from an average of $10 million in annual sales to $50 million in only three years. The employees and major stakeholders were great to work with and for."

"Be yourself and tell the truth - don't over or under sell yourself, and if there is a fit - you will enjoy working there."

"There was not much, however when I first started I noticed that the owners did not have a great deal of business background so there were elements in the operation that I requested be updated to new standards or eliminated all together."

"Keep doing what you are doing - surrounding yourself with talented people and don't try to fix something marketing / sales wise if it is not broken. However, the manufacturing department needs a good deal of continuous improvement."
