Manufacturing Resources International Employee

"I worked here for several years. It's an interesting place. I really enjoyed my time overall, but it's not for everyone. It's a very casual environment with good benefits and great coworkers, but there is little room for promotion and some positions are over compensated while others are undercompensated. Depends on what the CEO values. It takes a certain type of person to enjoy working there. If everchanging designs, processes, equipment & deadlines, on the spot creativity, and no prototyping with basically unlimited budget and resources is your thing, you'll like it. But if you prefer stability, dependability and traditional business practice, this place won't be a good fit."
