"They reorganized the company almost yearly. There was too much chaos. At one point, I reported to a man with no background or knowledge in the publishing industry. He also had no interest in learning."

"Get a business plan and stick with it. Concentrate on delivering product, and efficiencies."

"Lack of opportunities as I moved up in the organization."

"People are an asset just like your equipment in the factories. Need to pay attention, develop, educate, and keep people interested in their careers because that is the future of the business."
