"I loved working with all the employees. I also loved working with the engineering dep't on new product development. The only thing I disliked about working at Macro was getting up at 4:00 am to get ready for work. Also the commute, I-405 was terrible."
"I love manufacturing from front to back when we ship final part. This work is fast paced and this is the way I like to work. You must be able to multi task to keep the wheels rolling forward."
"Manufacturing Management is fulfilling to a point. If you don't mind the nitty gritty day-to-day responsibilities then it's a great job. The feeling of being a babysitter to adults can be... less than fulfilling. But being able to see the amount of product that is produced from a department you manage as you get your employees to work together is great!"

"Pay close attention to the faciltiy. You can tell alot about this company by the appearance of the building."

"There is not enough emphasis put on the quality of the product and the satisfaction of the end user."

"Provide engineering and manufacturing with the resources they need to improve the overall quality of the products and the customer experience."
