"It started off great but when production started, it became very boring"

"It was exciting at first but once production started it was boring and we were not allowed to be creative"

"Stifling creative atmosphere. Not allowed to do anything on our own"

"Replace the entire management team in Canada as well as the US"

"Management does not like change NO MESD system. Shipping container is 40 years old"

"Install a MES system to get to at least the 90's. Listen to mid managers. Get out onto the floor. haver employee meetings"
