Manufacturers Bank Employee

"I've worked for the bank for well over a decade. It is a good place to work if you're a banker. Overall the people are a good bunch who work well with each other. However, in the cost centers, they run personnel too lean, place people in leadership positions without the required expertise, and skimp on the tools required in a failing attempt to control costs."
