"Management cares about you, and will make sure you find work."

"Don't be over confident, too many alpha types within the company."

What don't you like about working at ManTech?

"Defense department is too restrictive but alas, you work for the government...."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Read peopleware, you could really learn quite a bit about productivity of your employees"

"I really enjoyed the team I was a part of at ManTech. The last manager I had was very good at taking the temperature of team morale and encouraging a work life balance."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask for a high salary up front. ManTech sticks to a strict percentage system and doesn't care if you can get more in the market place. A lower starting salary means a lower salary over all."

What don't you like about working at ManTech?

"Because I worked at the client site management at the corporate office often didn't have any idea what I did and even when they came down for meetings I rarely saw them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop by once in a while. Say hI to your employees and ask them how things are going."
