"Just know that once you are hired, you do not get raises beyond inflation. Promotions are few and far between. Use it as a steppingstone to get experience and then move on to a better company that does a better job and treats you right."

"Underplayed, under appreciated, no reward for doing anything more than just your job."

"Treat employees right. Increase wages and/or benefits. Get out of my office more and talk to more than just 5 or so people at the company. Involve more people in the planning process and then broadcast this to the entire company."
