"The operations manager in the branch gossips with other employees, has fits, and ignores employees when they do not agree. She does not have the capacity to run the Spokane valley branch. This is a family owned office and when 1 person is pissed, the others follow with no communication regarding the issue.Very unprofessional. The corp office in kalispel says they back up their employees but they do not. I brought this to the attention of staff 8 months before and all efforts were ignored."
