"I have worked for Mangan for 5 months now and I really believe the company is going towards the right direction. The major flaw of Mangan is the viewpoint of the departments who are deemed as overhead. Upper Management needs to understand the support staff for IT, HR, Admin and Safety have high contributions to the company despite not bringing in actual revenue. I understand the company is geared towards completing project for clients but an investment within the other departments must be a new goal."
