"Pretty sure the work I am currently doing used to be done by 2 people but they have just rolled all duties into my position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Employees are not made to feel valued. There is a ridiculously high turnover rate in certain departments and wages are not fair. Also some issues with understaffing."
