"Nothing! I actually enjoyed being out on job sites interacting with the site superintendent or the home owner. On occasion it was a doctor or dentist."

"Again, this company. I am unsure if you mean Major Lines or yourself. Maybe the term, this previous employer or our company. Just some suggestions."

"Direct managers were never fully prepared to lead. Lacked either in giving clear direction or guidance and there was no senior management available."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A few courses in Business Management at the local college would be beneficial to everyone! From an employees prospective - a clear set of directions can be followed. Please take the time to set these basic tools in place."
