"The absence of advancement opportunities on various levels. There is a large population of directors, managers and coordinators with few admin as a result of consistent annual reductions in force causing confusion and poorly delegating unfamiliar tasks."

"Evaluate each employee's performance and contributions based on performance rather than friendship."

"That there was no chance for advancement, I dont understand how a number of employees can work there for 10-30 years and not own a thing, (a car or a home)"
