Customer Service Specialist

"It was a great experience. I grew fond of my boss and developed strong and meaningful relationships with clients in the long term. Did a lost of customer service work as well as operational services. Only stopped working there because of COVID."

MaidPro Employee

"This organization is highly unorganized and unprofessional. The owners are not even in the state, and you never see them. It is basically a free for all at the actual office location. I was hired and then told after a day and a half of "training" that it was not a good fit. Absolutely ridiculous. Their "training" is a joke. It consists of sitting next to their only customer service person, Lori, watching, listening, and taking notes. Monday was so busy that she really could not take any time to explain what she was doing, and she even said: "maybe tomorrow when it is not as busy we can actually train." Tuesday we got to do a little bit, but that didn't last long. I took 4 pages of notes, and asked questions (which were either ignored because apparently she can't type or write and talk at the same time? Or they were met with an obvious attitude that my questions were an inconvenience to her and her ability to do her job.) She was constantly on and off her personal cell phone both days, but on Tuesday she spent 2 hours on the phone with the DMV, and then left half way through the day. Then I sat with the one other person in the office, and that did me no good since she could not train me due to a)not being in the same job title and b)have a ton of her own tasks to do in her job title since she is the only one in her position as well. I should have seen the red flags when the onboarding paperwork was not even for my job title or even the office in general, but for the house cleaners. When I asked if I got the wrong paperwork since nothing in the packet applied to my job title, I was told no that everyone gets the same packet no matter what. Very unorganized, very confusing, and very unprofessional. So after 1.5 days of not getting to talk to customers or even getting to navigate the systems I was told "It wasn't a good fit." When I asked how that was determined since I really had not bee trained, I was not given an answer beyond "it is just not a good fit""
