Magneti Marelli Employee

"I have worked for Marelli, (aka AL-Lighting, and Magneti Marelli), since 2013. I have been allowed to move from CMM operator/programmer to Quality Management Systems, and finally to Quality Engineer. I have an awesome Quality Manager that allows me to voice my thoughts and opinions as well as try new things to assist in my daily job. The plant manager is fair and willing to listen to ideas. I would recommend this company to future employees. I feel valued."
