"The Company is great, very decentralized and run well. They do not screw around with excuses in mfg. Lots of help to achieve goals. I also had an outstanding VP of HR. Magna really includes employees in the culture."

"I had a bad boss at the end as a VPGM, (last 4 mos), which is why I left, but the rest of the time I loved it."

"1. Do not show up your expertise if trainers & supervisors feel you may surpass them. 2..Just obey blindly to them even though you have better ideas & show up to top management when opportunity knock who really needs your expertise."

"1. Exuberance of preferring English language pronunciations over technological expertise for which it is known for by supervisors & other management team. 2. I trained new comers given contract from Modatek system & I was limited to work through agency."

"1. Emphasis of technological up gradation over North American English language. British or other style English language be equally recognized. 2.Elimination of night shift which can be replaced by week end shift as nature of work at Modatek system is not helping safety & productivity."

"It was a different enviroment than I was used to. It was a contract position I was brought in to replace a network administrator that had passed away."
