"Madison Marquette has gone through a couple of merges in the last 4 years. As a result of the merges the company is positioned to do well in the real estate market. Right now (early 2021) they are still struggling to smoothly transition/combine the companies that have merged into Madison Marquette. Standards within the company are not very present and employees/departments are very siloed."
