"I have worked for the Madison County School district for 11 years starting out as a substitute teacher. While I enjoy the atmosphere and sense of family at the high school where I am employed, I need to receive high compensation for the type of work I provide. As you know, the education system is currently suffering with the economy and it is not possible to receive a higher salary. I do enjoy my job here but I also need the challenge with another fast paced position with an established company."
