"The team members in this company are great people to work with and are for the most part knowledgeable and always willing to help out their fellow employees. The company itself does a good job of keeping the team working and keeping the jobs flowing and every check is in your bank account on time. However, the owner of this company destroys all that with a terrible attitude towards employees and weekly late-night drunken rants to the whole company via text. He is known to show up on a job site and completely lose control punching holes in walls and throwing major temper tantrums only to apologize later after realizing it was either his bad call or something that was out of control of the employees. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy nobody deserves to work in the hostile work environment this owner consistently creates and don’t even get me started on the 100% broken promises of bonuses and raises that he upholds. If you're not going to be a man of your word then don’t even offer! I only gave 2 stars because of the fact that the work is there to be had, checks always cleared on time and fellow team members look out for one another otherwise this company is a 0-star company"
