"Run as far as you can. If you need a job real bad thn take it but continue to send out resumes.,"
What don't you like about working at Mada Medical?
"Owner was crazy. He would stand by front door at 8:30 to see who came in at 8:31 so he could yell at them. CFO has the worst breath In the world and sports suites from seventies. Computers are not linked via network. People still use floppies to back up work. Place is stuck on 1985. No cell phones or texting at work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improve working conditions by giving employees room to do the jobs they where hired to do. You dont have to micro manage every tiny detail that people do. CFO needs dental appointment ASAP. Just because yu pay people doesnt give you the right to make there lives hell."

"The people I worked with and the chance to help other companies in their needs."

"Find another company. My position was held by 7 others in the years I worked at Mada and every manager was let go with in a few months."
What don't you like about working at Mada Medical?
"The boss is very demanding,you are not allowed to take on other responsibilities and we were spied upon at all moments to assure yyou were not slacking off."
