What don't you like about working at Macy's?
"Paychecks are frequently incorrect or not accurate, bonuses are frequently 2-4 weeks late, incompetent internal customer service - no one knows how to help you with issues that arise - constantly transferring you to someone else who also does not know how to answer your questions or help you with issues, upper management does not spend much time on the sales floor and do not see what day to day traffic and business is like, yet advises you on how to sell - usually involving gross-out statistics to strong-arm customers into their warranty service."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Store managers should be in the store on the weekends instead of at home and they should be on the floor, busy, working in stead of locked up in their offices for half the day."
