4.4 I've worked for Macmillan for three years now. It's been a fantastic experience for me. I love my co-workers and my managers are best I've ever had. The company has been very supportive of me exploring new technologies and learning more to improve myself and become better at my job.

3.5 Macmillan Science and Education is a good company overall, but sadly mistakes were made and a lot of people have to pay for it. I hope going forward they learn from those mistakes and make sure that hard working people get recognition for their hard work.

2.6 Company has a lot of improving to do. Management is lacking the skills it takes to provide leadership and vision. A lot of micro-managing, and not access to the infrastructure makes it difficult to learn and grow. New titles are common without any increase in salary.
