"The current CEO and management team are abusive and vindictive. The workforce is blamed for management's inability to lead. The company is fast going downhill due to a lack of vision and management understanding of the industry they service. A huge majority of the workforce has been with the company for less than five years. The company is having a mass exodus of an experienced workforce. Dangerous racist and sexist undertone runs throughout the company. Overall textbook toxic culture."

"I worked for Maclean Power Systems with great pride in my work. I knew that my contribution to the tasks at hand would translate into someone around the world getting electricity in their home. When natural disaster struck, Maclean Power Systems was there to help alleviate the stresses and the fears for those affected by working around the clock to restore their power. In times of need, people need someone to rely and lean on, and I’m proud to have been one of those people. With great power comes great responsibility."
