"Co-workers, and since there are only a couple of of maintenance guys left, I have a decent degree of security in my job."

"Forced to change shifts around all the time after new management has taken over. I have four kids and believe that Sunday should only be a workday in an emergency."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To use their ears more often. Following through on promises wouldn't hurt to bad either."
