"MACIPA is a fabulous company with very little turnover and there are a number of advancement opportunities. I am one of those individuals who has had promotion opportunities where jobs where created to offer professional development and advancement. I can say the same for many other staff at MACIPA. It's too bad disgruntled staff voice their unhappiness via these types of sites blaming the organization when their unhappiness is due to their bad behaviors, lack of professionalism and lack of personal accountability. It's a disgrace to take this opportunity to speak disparagingly about such a professional and respected company. I can tell you that we have a number of staff that have worked at the company for 8-14+ years because they enjoy the culture, professional development and team building the organization encourages. We have had many staff who have left MACIPA only to come back and rejoin our team. The PTO and medical benefits are generous. MACIPA offers both short term, long term disability and life insurance free for their employees."
