"Maas Global Solutions is a small financially troubled company that is currently having issues meeting its obligations but may be about to become profitable. Management is quick to point fingers and does not provide much leadership. They are currently closing their office in Simi Valley and moving to Las Vegas to reduce costs.They are replacing a large part of the current staff that opted not to move to Las Vegas at their own expense. The company has had a very high employee turnover rate while I have been there. Employees must be able to figure out their jobs based on very little documentation and just know how to do it with little or no direction."
