"I love everybody I work with. Unfortunately work is slowing down and I do not know if it will pick up again. Therefore I am looking to shift direction. I have for 14 years basically run an in house business. I have been the on-site supervisor with minimal management, Everything was my responsibility, From testing to running the crew to billing to reports today implementation"

"The appearance is false. There are certain sectors and management groups in the HQ that operate as independent entities using HR as a cover up. They openly suppress talents and deny promotions. contrary to the normal practices in the US, initiative and expertise can be dangerous criteria. Many incompetent managers with shaky credentials promoted as a result of their connections within upper echelons."

"Upper managerment left me alone to sink or swim."

"Safety culture was not there and with dual rolls I had to involve myself more with the production side and it's many problems."
