"Take care of your employees, they will surely take care of you."
"Lyris was on its way up until the new CEO came on board, he thought the old employees where the issue and replaced almost everyone, and now they still have the same issues."

"Yes, one. The new CEO within his first 2 weeks eliminated 42 jobs and since then others have been leaving the company."

"Didn't seem to care about what the customers wanted/needed.Top level management performed quite poorly."

"I worked directly with the VP of Technology on projects that brought in revenue."

"Buy stock in chocolate and invest in an expresso machine."
What don't you like about working at Lyris?
"Working for the VP had it's advantages and it's detractors. Others sometimes resisted the work presented as outside the main engineering track. That took some finesse and loads of chocolate."

"Keep the projects in line with engineering to make sure the team is happy."
