"Lyons Magnus has fostered an environment of toxicity. Harassment and bullying is permitted with a mere scolding. The company lacks diversity and management is compiled of primarily white men and a few light Hispanic men. Woman take 5 times longer to advance, while people of African American origins are non existent. While their new CEO attempts to change the culture, it seems he is opposed at every turn. They occasionally bring in progressive leaders that could implement real change, but they don't support them and end up loosing them. If you enjoy abuse and getting thrown under the bus - this is the place to be."
