"Way too many meetings. Most meetings were on Fridays after school. They were disorganized, never started on time, and ran long because no one seemed to know how to run a proper meeting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You should have morning meetings. This way you have to start and end on time and will learn to have better run meetings. Also, the district should offer each meeting for new teachers at two or three different times. Especially if they are mandatory. Those of us with multiple part-time jobs can't make a Friday meeting most of the time."
