"I like Liberty Mutual as a company. My issue is with my managing attorney. His approach and style is counterproductive to motivating the team and creating a positive work environment. Legal is a very small portion of Liberty Mutual overall. My experience is primarily a local office that is run by the managing attorney whom I would rather not work for any longer."
