"Lydia's does not hire enough people to handle the work load therefore putting a lot of stress on the employees to meet unrealistic deadlines. OT is frowned upon as well in spite of the work load. Disciplinary action will be taken against you for working too hard and resulting in OT. The owners do not like to show any gratitude for a job well done. It is expected that you will bring in the sales and work for them with low pay, and barely any benefits."
