"The company and people were great to work. I did need a bit more management involvement and collaboration opportunities. Regions were hesitant to share information with other areas and made it hard to call on those same customers in your own area."
"It was a new engineering company to Houston. It had tons of great workers but management was lacking. I found it hard for me to get help with technical issues. There was a lack of communication. I was very disappointed that I had left my previous employer for this company. The drafters where great but because management was made up of largely field crew supervisors there was a rift between designers and the field."
