"If you want to dedicate your life to a company this is it. Be prepared to work from 9am to 8pm and then take your laptop home to continue working."

"Working 16 hours a day, everyday, being looked at like you were crazy if you ate lunch."

"Hire double the staff of what you currently have. The turn over rate should be enough of a demonstration that something isn't working."
