"Ive worked at Lutheran home for almost 2 years. It is a great nursing home for the elderly and everyone is warm and welcoming. I am looking to leave the company only because of the management. There is a lot of miscommunication among the supervisors and directors. The supervisors don’t really listen to employees and take suggestions, a lot of things are bypassed which really effects the employees tolerance to stay with the company. Overall that’s how I feel about Lutheran home, it’s one of the best nursing homes in the city but it’s not the best to work at in my opinion."
