"Lush was a wonderful company to work for--competitive salary, GREAT health benefits, awesome company culture, lovely people at all tiers and an amazing CEO. They unfortunately don't know what to do with their middle management--don't train them enough, don't offer them enough options for advancement, and ultimately don't give them the support that the store managers get. Also the stores all need repairs or refits and the IT department should be 3x as big as it is."

"I've worked for LUSH Cosmetics for a little over two years as a mid-level manager. Overall, the experience has been pleasant, and I believe in the product, as well as my ability to sell it. I especially appreciate the company's dedication to its ethics, especially the consistency of their charity initiatives. The only aspects with which I was displeased were the general apathy towards negative customer behavior/interactions, as well as the negative repercussions for not consistently meeting certain metrics."
