"I worked at Luminex for 5+ years and have been a part of the growth and a couple of acquisitions. The CEO is a great leader and the employees are all wonderful, hard-working people who make working here worthwhile. It can sometimes prove challenging to move up and grow your career path but the support from upper management is great in facilitating this process. There are areas to improve, as with many companies and organizations of this size, however, it provides good experience and comes with great benefits."
