"Great People, dying industry."

What do you like about working at LTX?

"I learned a lot about automated test. I enjoy working with all my managers and coworkers, I considered them more of friends than collegues. Some of the smartest people I have met work there."

What don't you like about working at LTX?

"The industry is consilidating, there have been 3 layoffs over the past year. I survived all of them while watching my friends get fired. I would like to work in a happier environment where I can see my hardwork, creativity, and dedication can make a positive impact."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep working hard and wait for the semiconductor industry's economy to turn around."
