What do you like about working at Lawrence Technological University?

"I liked that it was a close knit community. It was very easy to get to know many co-workers. I also liked the exciting enviroment of a university, the enthusiasm of the students seems to effect everybody, it was a very fun place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have your act together, this is a technical university and you'll be dealing with a lot of intelligent people."

What don't you like about working at Lawrence Technological University?

"I didn't like the lack of positive feed-back. It isn't a place for attaboy when you did well, and it was always a place where criticism was ready for any mistakes. I found some workers to be lazy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To offer congratulations on work well done. To see that work done well is worth rewarding."
