"I spent six months there and didn't write one line of code. The systems are archaic and there is a ton of technical debt. They take every opportunity to ship the work to the offshore crew in Bosnia, where 3 people do the work of one local. Sneaky, political, and paranoid managers. Perma-temps that have been there 5+ years and are just milking it...Stay away, far away."
"Nice company to work for."
"I worked for LPS for almost 5 years and it started off well, but it did not end well. As our office started to shrink, the morale dropped as well and was never really re-gained. Then there were some miscommunications with layoffs that probably put people in bad situations right before Christmas."
"Good teamwork. Good agile processes. Unfortunate industry."
