"Emphasize that you are a team player,a contributor and will follow direction in your work from Physicians, they are the reason you exist not the patients."

What don't you like about working at Loyola University Medical Center?

"Advancement is based upon who you know (sponsorship) not your contributions and accomplishments to the organization. The Physicians run the show, right, wrong or indifferent. You don't do it their way, you will disappear, Guaranteed !"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Efficiency, reorganization and cost cutting starts at the top and trickles down not the reverse. There needs to be more leadership by example, too many yes men."
