"I was a contractor for LoyaltyOne twice, in 2012, and 2013. I have now been a full time employee for a few months now. The company provides a lot of support for their Associates, and creates an amazing corporate culture. The company is environmentally and socially responsible, provides amazing services and opportunities to employees, and is growing in many global markets."

"LoyaltyOne has a lot to offer if you are willing to slog through the massive amounts of doublethink which exist within the organization. They love to play lip service to a lot of different ideas and concepts, but when it comes time to put rubber to asphalt they tend to stick themselves in first gear and never progress past that, due to the massive bureaucracy which seems to loom over the organization like a particularly dense storm cloud."
