"The professional development was too slow. No training plans for IT."

"Develop training plans and carrer paths for IT. Need to improve the management team in order to focus on the work."

"I dislike the poor pay and no retirement plan. The store manager is out of control and screams and yells at employees in front of customers."

"Lowe's needs to do a better job with the way they choose their store managers. Store managers set the tone in the environment."

"I don't like the pay, weird hours, and retail demands. They only close for Thanksgiving and Christmas."
