"I have worked for Lowe's Canada since 2012. As Manager Construction and Engineering I was responsible for all aspects of site development and building construction for new and renovated stores. I love Lowe's and it's people. I have learned a tremendous amount while here. Their efforts and office are moving to Boucherville, QC - I was asked to move but I am unwilling to relocate my family. So I am in search of a new employer."
"I have worked at Lowe's for the past 6 years. This company requires a strong customer service mindset as the customer is the center of everything we do. Lowe's is an exceptional company to work for. I am grateful for all of the opportunities it has provided me. I am pleased to have 6 years of my career with this company."
"Lowes is a fantastic job with great benefits."
"I’ve worked for Lowe’s since 2017.The management isn’t all the great and the employees doesn’t really help the customers much. They don’t give raises at all.I’ve been working there for all most 3 years and I still make $10.49 an hour. But the job has good benefits and the managers and pretty nice at times."
"Lowe's is a good company to work for. It pays well with reasonable benefits, although needs some efficiency improvements made as the work load increases. An older company, it's stable and the people are excellent. While people are interested in process improvements, execs are slow to transition from the old ways."
"A good place to work, but the pay could be better. Opportunity for advancement is good if you work in a store with decent management and you are a diligent worker...not so great if you work in many stores throughout a district as I do. Working for a great manager is the real key, and sometimes the great ones are few and far between."
"I've worked at the North Hagerstown Lowes for three consecutive summers. The other employees there are very welcoming! They welcomed me with open arms, and I consider myself part of the team now. I recommend the job to anyone who needs one."
"I have worked for Lowe's for over a year and am very happy with the opportunity for growth and advancement I have found during this time."
"Started in 2014 as a college graduate and moved up quickly to Product Manager in 2018 and have been since. Great company, NC is great place to live."
"I have worked for Lowe’s since 2014, in a variety of positions across two of the corporate locations. Lowe’s has been able to maintain the small-town roots within certain divisions while still being a heavy-hitter in big box retail. The company, as a whole, makes an effort to help employees balance work and personal times without sacrificing the customer experience."
