"I've worked with Lowe's for 3yrs and I find it to be an excellent company that strives in making it's community better. Like all companies, there are issues however nothing that cant be resolved through conversation. There are opportunities available but none that can get me directly back in the industry like this one!!!"
"I worked for Lowe's from 2005 to 2014. I feel the company has a lot to offer but the hours that senior management works can cause conflict with family time. The company does give great opportunities for advancement if you are willing to relocate or move to a surrounding store locations. Employee discount is ok at 10%. I enjoyed my time with Lowes"

"Lowe's has been an excellent job for me as a part time associate going through college. My supervisors are always willing to offer extra assistance and training if needed and work with my schedule so that I can get everything I need for school finished. Now that I am seeking full time employment, it is becoming harder to work with them and meet my goals. I recommend that anyone seeking employment with Lowe's applies knowing that moving up within the company is easier said than done."
