"Rotate the schedule so employees alternate weekends off, and make schedules consistent."

"I have worked for Lowe's Canada since 2012. As Manager Construction and Engineering I was responsible for all aspects of site development and building construction for new and renovated stores. I love Lowe's and it's people. I have learned a tremendous amount while here. Their efforts and office are moving to Boucherville, QC - I was asked to move but I am unwilling to relocate my family. So I am in search of a new employer."

My supervisors are always willing to offer extra assistance and training if needed and work with my schedule so that I can get everything I need for school finished. Now that I am seeking full time employment, it is becoming harder to work with them and meet my goals. I recommend that anyone seeking employment with Lowe's applies knowing that moving up within the company is easier said than done."
