"There wasn't anything I didn't like about Lowe's. I stayed and was promoted after 2 years."

"Time management is extremely essential in retail. In order to be successful, you need to have great people working for you."

"Be prepared and confident. In a retail company, taking care of the customer comes first!"

"The culture has changed in the past 18 months, and several tenured people have left."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"While technology is important, you cannot change your business in 12 months. Too many changes too fast are difficult for the customer and employee base."

"I've interest on some other domain, which this company doesn't offer, unfortunately."

"Continue this kind of cooperation, which can bring the best results."

"I'm a retired Industrial Arts teacher and really enjoy helping customers with their projects. I enjoy the people I work with, and feel that the managers care about me as a person. Everyone is on a friendly basis and we cooperate with each other to help the customer. I do get some benefits even as a part timer."

"Just be honest and stay focused, and it will all pay off."

What don't you like about working at Lowe's?

"I was not happy at times doing returns, but only because some of the customers had brought back stolen merchandise and wanted to return it as though they just bought it themselves."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wouldn't change a thing. It was a really good experience working for Lowe's. I would like to go back but they are not hiring at this moment."
