"When IBM took over, the culture changed from a google or apple like place to a traditional big blue culture. It was sad to see Mitch's dream die."

"Overall - nothing - the company changed and the stockholders should be very happy with all IBM has done. (Lotus has been absorbed into IBM.)"

"When IBM bought Lotus the company lost a bit of its culture and people spent too much time worrying about whether they would have a job or not. It was sad."
