"Hire and retain highly-qualified senior management talent. They need to review and adjust the salary range for senior management positions closer to private sector/market standards."

"It was a part-time, temporary job. I liked the hours and the fact that I could work at home on my computer to get much of the work done."

"I do not have enough information about management outside of facilities management. But, I would suggest keeping the experienced people over layoffs than new hires. The learning curve can be tough."

"In existing facilities, there is too much bureaucracy and unknowledgeable accounting people controlling renovation construction budgets & a lengthy/cumbersome change order process, which only hurts the contractor. The prequalification method for approving general contractors performing the work is deficient, which leads to poor performance during operations."

"There are too many different consultants harboring their own for profit/benefit agendas, and no preconstruction/constructability/QA/QC performed on bid documents."
