"This organization is everything that is wrong in this company: it espouses all this rhetoric about being open-minded and free-thinking, and compassionate, but it doesn't practice what it preaches. The senior staff is completely white, with the exception of the HR person who also lacks compassion. I went to file a complaint about my supervisor who was bullying me and the HR person shrugged off my complaint and asked what I had done to provoke it. These lowlifes throw each other under the bus."
