2.4 This organization is everything that is wrong in this company: it espouses all this rhetoric about being open-minded and free-thinking, and compassionate, but it doesn't practice what it preaches. The senior staff is completely white, with the exception of the HR person who also lacks compassion. I went to file a complaint about my supervisor who was bullying me and the HR person shrugged off my complaint and asked what I had done to provoke it. These lowlifes throw each other under the bus.

1.7 Been with the center since 2015, was growing fast within the departments, but dinnertime changed with management, where I was not climbing up the ladder. Bumping heads with the new supervisor. Trying to be positive at the same time while trying to avoid confrontation.
